This privacy policy explains how LS Estonia processes personal data when you visit our website or contact us. We process data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data or children’s data.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • replying to enquiries and client communication – legitimate interest and/or steps prior to a contract;
  • website operation and security – legitimate interest;
  • usage statistics (e.g. Ahrefs) if you allow analytics in the cookie bar – consent. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. Cookies

We use necessary cookies so the site works (including remembering your cookie choice). Analytics cookies are used only with your consent. You can change your choice in the cookie settings.

5. Recipients

Service providers (hosting, email, analytics) may process data only as needed to provide their service. Ahrefs analytics runs only if you consent. We do not sell personal data. If data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we use GDPR-required safeguards.

6. Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or meet legal duties, typically up to 3 years. Cookie consent is stored for up to 6 months unless you change it sooner. Technical logs are kept briefly for security.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data and obtain a copy;
  • rectify inaccurate data;
  • request erasure or restriction where the law allows;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest;
  • withdraw consent;
  • data portability where processing is based on consent or contract and is automated.
